Order Cancellation
At Kippion, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, if you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing it.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order:
- Contact Us Promptly: Email us at contact@kippion.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Include your order number and a request to cancel your order in your email.
- Cancellation Confirmation: We will confirm whether your order has been successfully canceled. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
If your order has already been processed or shipped before you request a cancellation:
- Return Process: You will need to follow our Return Policy to return the item(s) for a refund. Refer to our Refund and Return Policy for detailed instructions on returning items.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation if:
- The order has already been processed or shipped.
- The order includes items that are non-returnable (e.g., gift cards).
